Return Window & Conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and with all original tags.

• Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed and may be sent back.

• Belts, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Email us at returns@urbanplusattire.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a return approval and mailing instructions.

3. Package your item securely and include your packing slip.

4. Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you via email.

Exchange Policy:
