Refund Policy – Because Your Satisfaction is Always in Style

We stand by every piece we curate — but if it’s not quite the right fit for you, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of scents or stains, and include all original tags and
  
  
   packaging.

• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-refundable.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Ineligible for Refund:

• Worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.

• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

• Returns received after the 14-day window (unless approved by our support team).

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Fees:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item was received damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or


exchange.
